You can use the below methods to help alert us and/or outreach services about people that may be sleeping rough and are in need of help.

Streetlink

You can use the StreetLink website or StreetLink mobile app to send an alert about someone sleeping rough that you’re concerned about. Providing as much detail as possible gives the outreach team in the Wrexham area a better chance to locate the person and offer support.
