Scheme: Parent and Baby Supported Accommodation

- Eligibility: The service will provide supported accommodation for pregnant women and single parents with babies up to 2 years old. Those accessing the service must be 16+, be pregnant or have parental responsibility, found to be statutorily homeless by our (Wrexham Council’s) Housing Options Team, and be in need of housing-related support. Referrals come directly from our (Wrexham Council’s) Housing Support Gateway.

Service description
The project provides high-quality single room accommodation with ensuite facilities, as well as communal facilities such as a residents’ lounge, kitchen/dining room, and access to a garden.
24-hour staff support is provided in safe and secure premises and the support offered is tailored around individual needs.
