Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council (‘the council’) have made an Order under Section 35(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act of 1984’) regulating the use of a number of car parks operated by Wrexham Council in the county borough

The only change to the Off Street Parking Places Order is as follows

• All disabled charges have been removed from all council operated car parks where car park charges applied

No other changes to the tariffs, car park charges or any other conditions have been made. You can view copies of all the documents during office hours at the Guildhall

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, you may apply within 6 weeks to the High Court from 1 August 2022.
