How are we doing?
As your landlord it is important that we know how you feel about your home, your neighbourhood and the service we provide to you. Every two years we carry out a survey to find out some key information from you, which we use to help shape our services.
We carried out our last survey in late 2019. We received 1096 responses which is approximately 16% of our tenants. Here is a summary of the core questions we asked in 2019 and the percentage of those who responded who were satisfied.
