This is for people who rent a home from the council only

When we (Wrexham Council Housing Department) need to send you communications by letter we can do this by post or email.

We aim to provide an efficient timely service and we are aiming to increase the use of electronic communication (emails) in future, in order to:

  • Help us to reduce postage and printing costs
  • Allow you to receive information more quickly

This will not be an immediate transition, but will be phased in over a number of years.

In order to begin this process we need to identify how you would prefer to receive correspondence in future, so we are asking you to fill in a short form to let us know.

Please be aware that if you select ‘email’ as your preferred correspondence the email address you enter will be the one that all future correspondence goes to for your property.
