Building on the success of our initial ICT and Digital Strategy 2020-23 this refreshed strategy outlines our vision and strategic objectives for harnessing the power of technology over the next three years, 2024-27. It identifies five key themes that we will develop over this period:

The ICT and Digital Strategy will underpin all areas of the new Council Plan 2023-28 as we continue to ‘develop a digital council that enables us to modernise the way we work and engage with our customers’. This document will detail the high level strategic direction and plans for the full range of Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Digital Service delivery for 2024-2027.
