The Housing Support Grant (HSG) is an early intervention grant programme, funded by the Welsh Government.
The programme provides vital support to people who find themselves in very difficult circumstances. It has been set up to help some of Wales’ most vulnerable people to live independently in their own home or supported housing.

Support can be offered to anyone who is eligible, whether you are currently in housing/accommodation or not.
Each of the schemes listed is under contract with our HSG team to deliver housing support. Each provider has their own eligibility, assessment and allocations policies, which are specific to their schemes.
Schemes have been categorised by the type of support provided, although some schemes appear in more than one category where appropriate.
