What are community agents?

Community agents work with anyone over 50 and living in Wrexham. 

They provide easy access to a wide range of information that will enable over 50s to make informed choices about their present and future needs to help them feel more independent, secure and cared for, and to have a better quality of life. 

Community agents support people living in Wrexham, and bridge the gap between the local community and the statutory or voluntary organisations. 

Agents provide an overview of services available in the county and offer help to access them.
