We are trying to make our service easier for everyone to use, including a those with a disability or those wanting to communicate using a language other than English or Welsh. When you contact us we want to make sure that you can easily understand the information we provide.
We also want you to be able to tell us what you think of our service or how it could be improved.
Our aim is to treat people fairly so that everyone will receive the same level of service irrespective of age, disability, gender, race, faith or sexual orientation.
We will treat people with respect and when planning new services or developing new policies we will try to consider the needs of all groups of people including those who care for others. We will look at our procedures to check that they are fair and if they are not we will change them.
