Why we need your information
The Council, as data controller, will use the personal data contained within the Expression of Interest (EOI) and full application to:
- carry out due diligence and duplication checks
- administer and to assess the UKSPF grant EOI and full applications
- monitor and the evaluate projects
Justification for using your information
The Council and grant panel will use your information for decision making and this will determine whether or not your expression of interest / full grant application will be successful.
The Council will also use your information both whilst the project is being implemented and post project completion as relevant, for administration purposes, monitoring and the evaluation of your project.
The Council also have a duty to process your information under the following legal basis:
- The prevention / detection of crime, including false representation in accordance with the Fraud Act.
The Council will rely on legitimate interest, Article 6 (1) (f) UK GDPR to process the personal information in relation to the processing of personal information within your UKSPF grant expression of interest / full application.
Sharing your information
We may share the information you provide with the grant panel and the following organisations:
- UK Government
- Welsh Government
- Other local authorities within North Wales
- Third sector organisations
- Any other relevant organisations
Any information shared will be on a need to know basis only, with the appropriate individuals and the minimum information for the purpose.
The Council will not transfer your personal information to another country.
How long we keep your information and your rights
The information you supply will be kept for 10 years from the final payment of grant.
