Support for parents

We can also offer support to help:

• parents access the services they may need
• improve parents’ confidence
• parents of disabled children and children with specific needs to access services

Through the Disability Respite and Childcare Panel, we support families with children with disabilities or additional needs to:

• enhance the wellbeing and resilience of the family
• allow parents to work

Through the panel we also support families where the parent has a disability or additional need; to access childcare and enhance the wellbeing / resilience of the family.
