Fron & Rhos in Achord – A Three-Choir Spectacular
Join us for an unforgettable evening of choral excellence as three outstanding choirs come together for a very special concert at the Stiwt!
The Fron Male Voice Choir and Rhos Male Voice Choir are two of the most renowned male voice choirs in North Wales – and, indeed, all of Wales. Though they have competed against each other over the years, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to hear these two choirs perform together.
Adding a unique dimension to the evening is Achord Community Choir from Cyprus. This accomplished ladies’ choir is led by Julie Edwards, a former Fron Choir accompanist and a proud native of Rhosllannerchrugog. Julie was Head of Music at Bryn Offa and Clywedog Secondary School before moving to Cyprus, where she founded Achord and built it into a thriving choral ensemble.
With three exceptional choirs sharing the stage, this promises to be an uplifting and memorable night of music. Don’t miss your chance to experience the rich harmonies and powerful voices that make Welsh choral singing so special.
