Wrexham Town Centre Masterplan
The Wrexham Town Centre Masterplan has been adopted by the Council as an evidence base for the Local Development Plan and a framework for decision making within the Masterplan area. It will be used to market the town, encourage investment and guide planning applications in the Masterplan area.
In brief the Masterplan sets out a vision for the town centre as attractive, distinctive and accessible where people want to live, learn, work, visit and invest. To realise this the strategy sets out key objectives against which development proposals will be considered, a series of action points and identifies key development opportunity sites at Bridge Street, Bodhyfryd, Queens Square, Henblas Street and the Bradley Road Fire Station (all supported with development guidance).
