Youth Forum

Wrexham Youth Forum is an inclusive and fully representative forum offering young people the opportunity to engage in the democratic process and in decision-making processes that affect their lives and the communities in which they live.

The forum workers support local youth forums, school councils and provide a voice for young people who live, work or are in Education in the County Borough of Wrexham.

Activities undertaken by the Youth forum include:

  • Visits to the Welsh Assembly to raise issues with Assembly members
  • Regular forum meetings
  • Grant aid to individual young people and young people's groups
  • International exchanges
  • Youth Conferences
  • Activity programmes for forum members
  • Information road shows
  • Training programmes for young people
